I wanted to use up the remaining items from April’s (2021) Paper Pumpkin. In thinking of how to use the stickers I decided to create a slim line card. So I did the following.
- I cut a piece of Basic White card stock to 6 1/2 x 8.
- I positioned the card stock in my trimmer so that the 6 1/2 side was at the top and bottom. I then scored the cardstock in half (on the 3 1/4 mark.)
- Folded card stock in half.
- I cut out 2 3×3 squares out of some green polka dot paper. One to go at top of front of card and one to go at the bottom of front of card.
- I cut 1 3×3 square out of the designed paper inside the envelopes that came in the paper pumpkin. That square was to go in middle of the two green 3×3 squares on front of card.
- I cut 3, 1 1/2 squares out of scrap white card stock.
- With my adhesive I glued all 3 3×3 squares down the front of of the card
- . I made sure the squares were evenly positioned with margins around all four sides. I glue the striped designer paper square in the middle.
- On the white squares I glued a watermelon stickers on one, kiwi sticker on another and a strawberry on the last white square.
- Then with dimensionals I adhered the white squares with stickers on the designer paper squares.
- In Granny Apple Green ink I stamped “hey there”.
- On the inside I stamped “you are so cool” also in Granny Green Ink,
The card will fit nicely in a legal size envelope
