Gosh, Valentine’s Day is around the corner! I celebrate Valentine’s Day because I truly believe that we should always let those that we love kniow, that they are loved. And so, Valentine’s Day is set aside to say “I love you”. That’s AMORE!
I love to send hand made Valentines. Here’s a card I am sending.
I used
- Basic White, Basic Black, and Real Red cardstock
- The Country Bouquet Punch for the heart shapes used to embellish the card..
- I hand cut the red, black and white hearts for the sentiment layer..
- A heart shaped die from my stash for the smallest heart shape on the layered sentiment
- The Basic White card base is A2 size. I started with a 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base. Then scored at 4-1/4″. Secured fold line. Then I cut the front or panel that opens at 2-1/8″ thus creating a fun fold.
- The lovely DSP called Most Adored to add a special touch.
- The scalloped die from the Basic Borders to create the scalloped edge of the inside of the card.
- A 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Reahe back of the bcard base/
