I used some of the scraps in my scrap box as well as some other products to create this card. It is a great way to create and make the most of your products.

The card base is cut out of Soft Succulant Cardstock #155776. The card Base is an A2 size card. The first layer measures 4″ x 5-1/4″ and is cut ut of Evening Evergreen cardstock #155574.

The Basiic Whitte decorative layer measures 3-3/4″ x5″. The basic white cardstock’s design was created by: inking the debossing side ot the Winterry 3D folder #155433 with Evening Evergreen ink. Then It was run throught the embossing machine. Once the cardstock layer was remove the pine needle image were visible with the green background showing. The white decorative layer was adhered to the Evergreen layer.

On top of the ink embossed layer a tree image from my stah was adhered.

The sentiment strip that measures 1-1/2′ x 3″ was cut from a scrap of Soft Succlent cardstock. An old set of Christmas dies were used to cut out the words “Merry Christmas” out of a scrap of basic white cardstock. They were then addhered to the sentiment strip. The sentiment was adhered to the card using dimensionals.

All the product (with exception of the cards base) was created using scraps. It is unlikely that a card exactly like this can be created but the idea can definetly be used to create. Just remember to use hyour embossing folders to create different layers. Also search in your stash of ephemera for images that add to your card. And definitely use your dies and stamp sets in different ways.
