Let’s create a Christmas Card Organizer. This  Christmas Card Organizer that you will create with seven sections that will keep you organized and on the timeline so that your handmade Christmas cards will be ready to mail December 1, 2025. These sections can be created with tabs and pockets to hold printable forms. These forms will keep you on a timeline, organized and can be removed to use and updated each year.

The organizer- to make your cover for the organizer you will need.

  • A composition book that measures 7/1/2″ x 9-3/4″. You can find these composition books at the Dollar Store or at Walmart. I purchased my composition book at Walmart and spent $1.00 per book. I was expecting the black and white compostion books I had seen at the Dollar Store also for $1.25 but Walmart was out of stock.

Cover Page/ Back Cover Page

  • Downloadable Cover page . Or you can create one of your own. Canva is a great place to start and they have a free version, which is what I use.

To cover the back you can create something decorative or just cover with cardstock of choice.

Planning Tabs for Organizer

For the planning tabs that separate sections that  house downloadable forms and note taking, you will need.

Section Covers- To create and cover each planning section you will need

  • 18 pieces of cardstock of your choice-I used retired Evening Evergreen) or DSP that measures 7-1/2″ x 9-3/4″.
  • Liquid Multi Purpose Glue of Tear & Tape. I used both

If you want to add pockets which I wanted to you will need

  • 7 pieces of cardstock that measure 7″ x  6″. Score at 1/2″ on 3 sides. The unscored side will be the top.
